How It Works
No agency speak. No vague promises. Here's exactly what happens from day one.
01
We build and rank the site — on our dime
We fund, build, and rank a local lead generation site for your specific city and trade. You don't pay anything during this phase. We take on all the cost and risk.
02
Real leads start flowing in
Once the site ranks, calls and form fills start coming in. You can see the actual call log — timestamps, call length, source — before you commit to anything.
03
Flat monthly fee for continued lead flow
You pay a fixed monthly retainer while leads keep flowing. No per-lead fees, no percentage of job revenue. On Tier 1, we retain the domain — that's the leverage that keeps pricing fair.

FAQ
What if I already have a website?+
No problem. The site we build targets local keywords your main site probably isn't ranking for. It doesn't replace your existing site — it adds another lead channel.
What if lead volume drops?+
Maintaining rank is our problem. We monitor rankings and traffic continuously. If volume drops and we can't recover it, we tell you — and you can cancel penalty-free.
Can I upgrade my plan?+
Yes. Most clients start on Tier 1, see consistent leads for 60–90 days, then upgrade to Tier 2 to get their own branded domain and Google Business Profile.
What if I want to cancel?+
Cancel any time. Month-to-month means no penalties, no drama. We've had clients pause and come back — the door stays open.
Do I own the domain on Tier 1?+
No. On Tier 1, we retain the domain. That's intentional — it's what lets us keep the price low. On Tier 2+, you get your own branded domain that you own.
